Michelle Yeoh would love to Bond again - but with Daniel Craig

13-Jan-2006 • Bond News

Former James Bond girl Michelle Yeoh would be in double-0 heaven if she got to be in the next spy flick in the series - because she fancies Daniel Craig, reports The Mirror.

Talking to us at the premiere of her new movie Memoirs Of A Geisha at Curzon Mayfair, London, on Wednesday night, the 43-year-old said: "I think Daniel is a dish. It's difficult to step into James Bond's shoes, but he'll do a great job.

The Malaysian-born actress - who co-starred with Pierce Brosnan in Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) - added: "Being a Bond girl was fantastic. I'd jump at the chance of doing another Bond movie, it was so much fun."

MI6 Note: Yeoh's character of Wai Lin was originally planned to return in "Die Another Day" (2002), but was written out when she turned the opportunity down.
