Sir Roger Moore joins Unicef AIDS campaign

Some of Britain's biggest global stars have taken part in a Unicef campaign for the child victims of HIV/Aids.

James Bond actor Sir Roger Moore, David Beckham and Robbie Williams and are three of the stars who have given their support to the fight.

One child dies and four children lose a parent to Aids-related diseases every minute of every day.

In 2004 alone 600,000 children were born HIV-positive.

Already an estimated 15 million children have been orphaned by HIV/Aids.
