UK TV - `British Spies` season on BBC 4, starts next weekend

BBC 4 will start a new season of programming dubbed "British Spies" on Saturday 26th September 2006.

The season will include drama, documentaries and special features on British spies over the years.

Included in the line-up is the four part drama "Cambridge Spies" based on true events starring "Die Another Day" villain Toby Stephens, features on the MI5 series "Spooks", and classic spy movies such as "The Human Factor" - when an MI6 agent approaching retirement struggles with questions of loyalty and conscience in Tom Stoppard's adaptation of Graham Greene's novel.

The trailer for the new season is now online, featuring a rarely seen clip of Sir Sean Connery on the subject of his 007 past.
