Shirley Bassey rumoured to appear at Glastonbury Festival

Welsh singer Shirley Bassey has been reportedly approached to appear at this year's Glastonbury Festival in the UK - reports NME.

The singer who is famous for singing the theme tunes for the James Bond films 'Goldfinger', 'Diamonds Are Forever', and 'Moonraker' is in negotiations with the managers of the festival to play, according to The Independent.

If confirmed, she will join the likes of Kaiser Chiefs, The Killers Arctic Monkeys, The Who, Arcade Fire, Bjork, Hot Chip, Lily Allen and The Rakes.
