Maryam d’Abo praises Daniel Craig, would like to return as a villain

Former Bond girl Maryam d’Abo was singing 007 star Daniel Craig’s praises as she joined chum Kay Saatchi, ex wife of “Mr Nigella”, art collector Charles, at a London party.

“I love Daniel as Bond,” Maryam, 46, enthused. “He is a very good actor but also contemporary and very attractive.”

But Maryam, who appeared alongside Timothy Dalton in The Living Daylights in 1987, isn’t tempted to be a Bond Girl again, even opposite Craig - reports the Daily Express.

“You should be a Bond leading lady only once,” she declared, “though I would love to appear now as a villain.”
