Sean Connery`s silent marriage

Sir Sean Connery claims the secret to his happy marriage is not being able to speak to his wife, reports MyPark.

The former James Bond star has been married to Micheline for over 30 years but cannot converse with her in her native French.

He said: "I don't speak a word of French but often think that what should be a handicap is actually a godsend."

The 78-year-old actor insists the language barrier does not stop him and his wife from exchanging heated words, but claims arguing also keeps their relationship strong.

He said: "She may only be half my size but she's got a few snappy comebacks! We're total opposites - that's what has kept us together all these years."
