James Bond gets HD treatment from Sky

Sky Movies viewers will be able to watch James Bond in high definition for the first time in Britain under a new deal signed with MGM that gives the satcaster rights to 10 HD premieres including "From Russia With Love," "Goldfinger," "Thunderball" and "Casino Royale," it was announced Friday, reports THR.

The deal also will make the films available on Sky Anytime, the satcaster's on-demand service. Sky Movies director Ian Lewis said that Bond was the "ultimate movie franchise for high definition, the ultimate television experience."
