Trailer for new Pierce Brosnan comedy 'Salvation Boulevard' online

Want a glimpse of “Salvation Boulevard,” the raucous offbeat comedy that brought former James Bond star Pierce Brosnan to metro Detroit? -- asks Detroit Free Press.

Brosnan plays Pastor Dan Day, an evangelical minister who’s into salvation and real estate development. Greg Kinnear is Carl, a member of the pastor’s congregation who sees something happen that’s not so holy and has his newfound faith shaken by it. To further complicate matters, Carl has two women to contend with: his extremely pious wife (Jennifer Connelly ) and a security guard (Marisa Tomei) who’s a Grateful Dead fan, just like Carl used to be.

Scenes for “Salvation Boulevard” were shot in Milford, Livonia, Novi, Wixom, Brighton, Dearborn, Plymouth, Ann Arbor, Trenton and Grosse Pointe. Specific locations included the Trinity House Theatre in Livonia, the Novi restaurant Don's of Traverse City, the Riley Broadcast Center in Novi that is home to WTVS-TV (Channel 56) and Dearborn's Ford Community & Performing Arts Center.
