Daniel Craig to start work on Bond 23 next week

Showbiz411 attended the premiere of George Clooney's new film "The Ides of March" and on the red carpet was Daniel Craig. They quizzed the James Bond star about his third 007 outing:

"Daniel Craig, who nipped into the dinner briefly, then stood outside and chatted with “Saturday Night Live” creator Lorne Michaels in the damp sorta rain. Craig told me he starts the next James Bond movie next week, which means “a lot of working out.” PS Daniel did not know whether the deal was done for Adele to sing the main theme."

This seems to confirm earlier rumours that Adele is in fact working on a theme song.

Although work might be starting next week, filming isn't expected to start until November at Pinewood Studios. At a BAFTA event earlier in the week, screenwriter John Logan revealed that director Sam Mendes has built two weeks of rehearsals in to the film's schedule, something that is extremely rare for a big production nowadays.
