Tabloids tout Ed Sheeran for Bond 25 title song

The Sunday Mirror claimed to have a scoop this weekend that Ed Sheeran is a favourite to pen and perform the Bond 25 title song.
A source told the tabloid: “Daniel was introduced to Ed’s music by his daughter Ella. She loves Ed, and Daniel now really likes his stuff too and wants Ed for the theme tune.”
Sheeran went on the record back in 2017 that he would love the gig. “I’ve had a theme tune written for about three years," he said insisting, “It’s good.”
Sheeran, 28, has sold more than 150 million records worldwide.
