Another chance to hear Russell Davies interview the late Sir Roger Moore, from 2014.
Sir Roger Moore started work in the film industry in the 1950s when he signed a contract with MGM, working on movies alongside the likes of Glenn Ford, David Niven and Lana Turner. In 1962, he got his big breakthrough role as Simon Templar in the TV series "The Saint". He is of course most well known however, for his role as British secret agent James Bond, taking over from Sean Connery in the 1973 film "Live and Let Die". He continued to star in the James Bond franchise up until 1985, and has played the role more than any other actor.
He spoke to Russell about his art, alongside a soundtrack inspired by his career.
