Designing 007 exhibition to move to Madrid on May 6th 2015
An exhibition showcasing the design of the James Bond films will open in Madrid on May 6th, 2015, at the Fernán Gómez Centro Cultural de la Villa, featuring props, cars, gadgets and girls galore.
Fifty years passed from James Bondâs first appearance on screen in Dr No (1962) to Skyfall (2012), and the fictional character created by Ian Fleming hasn't lost an inch of his style and glamour.
On display will be more than 500 items, including artwork for sets, weapons, props, scripts, music scores, original photos and film scenes, as well as costumes and accessories worn by James Bond and his many girls.
'Designing 007', organised by the Barbican Centre, EON Productions and Fernán Gómez Centro Cultural de la Villa, was on in London, Toronto, Shanghai, Melbourne, Moscow and Rotterdam before landing in Madrid. Fans of the most famous agent of Her Majestyâs secret service will be delighted by it.
