`Live And Let Die`s Madeline Smith meets the fans at Bond Girl signing event in Swindon, UK

Hundreds of fans queued for in excess of 90 minutes yesterday to meet the wonderful Madeline Smith at the first in a series of Golden Girls Of The Silver Screen signings at The InfinitelyBetter Store, Swindon.

Madeline signed constantly from 3:15 until past 7:00pm last night, taking time to talk, sign and have photographs taken with her fans. Ms Smith said that she had a lovely time meeting all the kind people who turned out and waited to see her.

In addition to meeting the fans Madeline gave television and radio interviews and talked to the newspaper and magazine journalists for nearly an hour.

Steve Goss, Managing Director of InfinitelyBetter, said: "It was a superb start to the season of signings. Maddy was a great hit with the fans and took time to talk and meet them, which was greatly appreciated. We are now looking forward to the rest of the signings continuing with Ingrid Pitt next Thursday."
